A dehydrator is a scientific equipment that removes moisture from mixtures to aid in its preservation. Ovens are used to to dehydrate by using heat and air flow to reduce the water content of mixtures. The water content is usually very high, typically 50% to 75%. CSK Laboraotry is a Brisbane based scientific Laboratory Supplies company that specialises in supply and servicing the industry in Queensland and the Northern Territory.
The lab equipment is available to students. The thermal fluids laboratory primarily houses the fluid dynamics and heat transfer laboratory. Junior design and some senior design groups utilizes this lab as well.
The lab contains four lab stations that consist of workbench table, data acquisition system (panel to connect instruments like shakers, stirrers and the computer.
The lab also contain two wind tunnels, dehydrator ovens, incubators, a blood refrigeration station, circulation baths and a pressure differential calibration station. Differ from typical commercial ovens, the volatiles organics area comprises 14 gc/ms units. The diesel area comprises 3gc units.
Scientific Lab Processing
Structural and thermal analysis of imaging solar telescope loaded in science satellite. The structure strength analysis of target used for production of the radiation. Laboratory areas where the analytical testing occurs are divided into zones, each with its own separate system to prevent cross contamination during sample processing.
One lab area is used exclusively for volatile organics and incubator devices and the second lab area is exclusively for diesel. The lab maintains a significant number of instruments to ensure sufficient surplus capacity to accommodate both planned and unplanned instrument maintenance, without impacting our ability to process samples and meet our client’s requirements. Both laboratory instrument areas are completely carpeted to reduce the chance of sample breakage.
Pharmacies and Laboratories
Laboratory supply staff are adequately informed about the physical and health hazards present in the laboratory, the known risks and what to do if an accident occurs. Every laboratory worker must be trained to know the location and proper use of available personal protective clothing and equipment. Visit here for laboratory equipment service or pharmacy refrigerators.
We refer to the basic rules and procedures for working with chemicals section of this manual for information on the use of personal protective clothing and equipment. The laboratory supervisor is who is responsible for providing information to his or her personnel about any hazards present in the lab.
